We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Warehouse Manager to acquire direct responsibility of achieving the budgeted Net sales, Gross margin, Net profit and CSI for CMC Motors locations by analysing the key ratios at all sites and implement action plans through the location manager to maximise revenue and profit potential.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role must have the following qualification, experience and skills:
Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Automobile, postgraduate in Business management would be an added advantage
10-15 years in Automotive service department with 5 years in Service Manager position
Understands Automobile Engineering, Dealer Management system usage and MS office
Responsibilities
Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:
To provide inputs for annual service budget by taking into account the Units in operation, future units sale, past performance to ensure that the Company’s Objective of growth is in line with the Market conditions.
To achieve and exceed the budgeted target on Net sales, Gross Margins and Net profit for directly reporting locations by maximizing the revenue streams and optimizing key Service KPI’s of Productivity, Efficiency and Utilization. Controls on WIP & Warranty Process.
To develop, implement and improve the service process in the directly reporting locations to enhance the Customer service experience.
To work with directly reporting location Service Manager on developing, implementing and improving on the Standard service transaction defined by Principals.
To develop, implement and improve CRM activities to improve Customer retention and service coverage ratio by proactively anticipating the changing Customer needs and demands for the locations directly reporting
To develop and implement systems for motivating the team members to increase their engagement levels and attract newcomers to be a company of choice through training & development, regular meetings and defining career path for highly engaged workforce in the directly reporting locations.
To assess and recommend the requirement of Facility, manpower and Equipment in anticipation of the future business requirement for directly reporting locations
To ensure QHSE management system requirements and SOPs are implemented in the area of responsibility
To ensure customer/associate engagement is enhanced and ensure customer complaints are resolved through taking necessary actions
To follow emergency & evacuation procedure of the company
