Key Activities
Leads all aspects of all commercial marketing BTL planning and delivery of programs for Trade Marketing commercialization
Delivers "fewer, bigger, better" brand activations that truly impact the brand performance to grow share and deliver financial and consumer imperatives
Collaborates with brand, wider Trade marketing and sales-field marketing organization to deliver brand BTL execution.
Provides critical input to commercial (BPM) and brand reviews (QBP's) and Brand Board Sessions – leading commercial course correction were vital.

Qualifications and Experience Required
Qualifications
Graduate Qualification
High cognitive ability

Experience
Strong customer marketing (sales capabilities/ trade marketing/ Key Accounts) (>3 years)
Great performance track record and strong customer relationships
High level of understanding and experience of customer & Consumer engagement and project management (Plan-Execute & Measure)
