Qualifications

Diploma in Electronical Engineering from a recognized institution

At least one year experience
Responsibilities

Offload the money cassettes from the automated pay station and deliver them to the operations assistant in the control room.

Load the pay stations with change cassettes

Load the entry devices with tickets/ChipCoins

Load the pay stations with receipt rolls

Address and resolve any technical errors that may occur at the field devices, power and network infrastructure

Daily cleaning of the field devices

Daily recording and reporting on all technical related issues and areas

Timely escalation of unresolved system support issues

Daily count of ChipCoins/Tickets

Preparation of Daily Return Form

Provide help desk services to customers – assistance over the intercom, furnish customers with parking related information and generally attending to customers’ needs and support requests

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of the parking equipment and network infrastructure

Safe custody of front office cash

Safe custody of assets, stock and consumables on sites

Training of new staff on site

Adhere to the Standard Operations Procedures and Customer Service Manual

Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
