PERSON PROFILE

Preferably in possession of a degree in Automotive Engineering or a degree in Operations Management or Logistics.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Recommendation of former employer

Must be conversant in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili

Computer literate

Driver’s license

Responsibilities

Operational purchases on site according to approved procedures
Operational logistics on site

Operational Stock Management on site

Biological assets stock Management on site

Management of heavy equipment operators and tractor drivers onsite. Follow up on the overall performance of the machines and ensuring that the machines always work.

Maintenance of plant and machinery.

Establish and follow up on operational budgets on site.

Continuous improvement of all operations and logistics on site.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Bachelor's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 3 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
