What we are looking for We are looking for a talented and passionate social and community manager to lead our social media and community growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content and copy for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. In addition to content creation, this role involves collaborating with content creators on social initiatives and managing community engagement online and in-person events. The ideal candidate is incredibly creative, loves creating content, is passionate about brand building, and deeply understands social media trends and data! What does the job involve Work closely with the heads of Creative and Digital to implement our social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn that is aligned with brand objectives, drives community growth, increases audience engagement, and taps into platform trends. Manage, schedule, and execute daily content publication while ensuring brand consistency in copy, tone, and visual content. Work closely with Customer Support to monitor and respond to all comments on social media and blogs - ensuring consistency and brand messaging. Work closely with content creators, influencers, and UGC creators to develop collaborative content partnerships and leverage user-generated content to enhance brand visibility and authenticity. Assist with the management of influencer contracts and on-time content scheduling. Attend shoots and events to create engaging behind-the-scenes content and assist the Head of Creative and Partnerships with producing high-quality visuals. Execute social media activations and community-building events, both online and offline, to foster brand loyalty and strengthen relationships with our audience. Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate regular reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and inform future content strategies and optimizations. Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the beauty and skincare industry to continuously innovate and optimize our social media presence. Support ad hoc marketing requirements. Qualifications Proven experience of 3 years in social media management, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices, algorithms, and trends. Ability to create and edit high-quality content with a love for sharing creatively through photos and videos. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging copy and storytelling. Experience in community management, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a brand's voice. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for wellness, lifestyle, and/or beauty is preferable.
