A Property development Company seeks to recruit a Social Media Manager to manage social media campaigns on its luxury properties.

Job Description

The Key duties of this role will include:
• To create promotional text for online adverts, banners, emails, brochures and social media platform.
• Conducting Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Perform Google Ad Words and Analytics to segment and target clients.
• Analyzes, reviews and Implements changes to our website so they are optimized for research engines.
• Create, plan and execute content for the firm’s website.
• Coordinate with designers to complement text with images, graphics and charts.
• Write SEO adapted copy across a number of subjects and test implement various search engines marketing techniques.
• Local directory submissions, content creation and linking.
• Create and handle Social media accounts (Twitter,LinkedIn ,Google ,YouTube etc)
• Assist in the creation of signage, circulars .mock ups, e-mails campaigns, online promotion etc.
• Prospect for new clients /business and market the company and prepare quotations, presentation and proposals.
• Cold calling customers, doing site visits and ability to travel to client offices.
• Run social media marketing campaigns that attract as many people as possible to like the firm on social media, also create media hype about the firm online.
• Analyze the Website for improvements, have an in-depth knowledge of keyword research.
• Assist with fulfillment of marketing and sales offers.
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both online and offline.
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales offer.
• Design, build and maintain the firm’s social media presence through targeted Advertising.
• Create and maintain the firm’s blog with clear, well written, thoroughly researched and engaging content /articles on the firm’s products and industry trends.
• Monitor online media, information sources (visitor’s data) and social channels.
• Determine ROI and justify quality of actions taken and results.
• Develop videos for marketing and sales opportunities.
• Help to adopt our ads for local market and find magazines, newspapers, and media and negotiate about ads.
• Run social media marketing on Facebook ,Instagram ,Twitter ,LinkedIn etc.
• Manage posts and advertising the work on the Search Engine Optimization of the Website.

Experience and skills
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Hands on experience in Search Keywords.
• Hands on experience with Content Managements Systems and CRMs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to ramp up quickly on technology that may be unfamiliar.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools.
• Ability to describe products features in a creative and informative way.
• Copy writing samples, a portfolio of published articles is a plus.
• Demonstrate a track record of outstanding SEO and web performance.
• Result oriented and ability to meet set targets and goals.
• Exceptional written ,verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate experience in creating and managing SEO/SEM marketing, database, email;, social media digital advertising campaigns.
• A high creative individual with experience in devising digital campaigns that lead to massive online following /sales.
• Solid knowledge of web analytical tools e.g Google, Analytics, Web trends, Net Insights etc.
• Knowledge of Ad serving tools e.g DART, Atlas among others.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AD words campaigns.
• Ability to manage a professional but effective social media presence.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Requirements
• Posses a degree /diploma in social media management/ marketing, digital marketing, sales and marketing, public relations or any other relevant with at least 5 years working & selling experience working in a similar role.
• Must have experience in digital marketing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
• Experience executing social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in computer applications skills.
• Familiarity with Google analytics.
