Social Media Manager At Geek-Solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the face and voice of our brand – appear in front of the camera for reels, tutorials, gift features, and more
Record voiceovers for videos with engaging storytelling
Take high-quality photos and videos of gift products, hampers, flowers, and décor
Style and creatively present products for shoots and reels
Plan and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & WhatsApp
Build and engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and campaigns
Come up with creative marketing ideas and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine's, Mother's Day, Corporate Gifting)
Track content performance and help improve digital reach and sales
Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or other editing software to create polished, professional content

REQUIREMENTS
Strong on-camera presence – confident speaking and hosting on video
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Creativity and passion for gifting aesthetics, product styling, and presentation
Photography and video editing skills (for social media)
Experience using Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom or similar tools
Good command of English and Swahili (for captions and voiceovers)
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
Atleast 3 years experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, influencer marketing, or branding

EDUCATION
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Public Relations, or a related field
