The role is very straight forward, to grow our business, we’d need to start talking to a lot of creatives and businesses directly, and nudging them to use our platform to create their online store and sell their products. Selar's great, it support any kind of product, digital and physical products. You’ll be responsible for coming up with creative personal tailored messages to DM (via instagram)/email prospects and guiding them on how to use Selar. You’ll also be responsible for searching and compiling the list of prospects everyday. The KPI for this will be merchants that get to sign up, upload their products, and eventually sell. That being said, you’re only in control of getting merchants that are most likely to sell and getting them to register, and that’s what the KPI will be measured by.
You’ll also be responsible for following up with these merchants if they have any more enquiries all through their onboarding process.
The goal will be to reach out to at least 15-20 potential creators and businesses daily, 5 days a week, and document the summary of the chat on a google sheet. To clarify, just a summary stating their general reason for why they signed up or couldn’t sign up, or if they ignored the message.
Remuneration: KES 5,500 monthly, however, we’re open to making it commission based if you believe you can deliver great results.
NB: it’s a completely remote role, all that’s important is ensuring the deliverables are done
