Social Media Strategist – 2 Positions

Duties & Responsibilities;
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Coming up with concepts & themes for social media platforms
- updating our e-commerce website
- Define important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
Qualifications;
- Minimum Diploma/equivalent certification in communications & IT fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop/equivalent/higher graphics editing software
- Proficiency in IT Knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to design artwork for social media campaigns
- Min 1 year of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Tiktok and other social media best practices
- Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Familiarity with web design
- Good organizational and time-management skills
