KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Carry out pre-admission assessments for the rescued children to explore their needs.
Document children's information and case histories in both physical and electronic files.
Trace families of rescued children and conduct family needs assessments.
Prepare and implement individual care plans for the children.
Develop and execute individual exit strategies to facilitate re-integration of children with their families.
Conduct follow up home and school visits after re-integration.
Mentor the children by teaching them life skills and positive behaviour.
Maintain discipline among children by handling and reporting indiscipline cases to the Centre Manger.
Sensitize caregivers, parents and guardians on the child protection and responsible parenting.
To facilitate individual and group counselling sessions for children and guardian.
Develop and maintain a proper record keeping system for easy retrieval and sustenance of the institutional memory.

Requirements
Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
At least three years' experience in a similar role.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in social work community development/ social work/ Counselling or its equivalent from a reputable university.
Effective communication & report writing skills and fluent in oral and written English and Kiswahili.
Technology savvy.
