Minimum
Qualifications
1. Degree in Computer Science or in any related course
2. At least one (1) year experience in software support
3. Working experience supporting financial solutions

General
Skills
1. Automating manual processes.
2. Ability to interact effectively with non-technical users and
highly technical users.
3. Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and
meet deadlines under pressure.
4. Ability to quickly grasp and understand new tasks and ideas.
5. A desire to make things more efficient - we are looking for
someone who enjoys initiating change.
6. Excellent follow-through with minimal supervision.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Good understanding and working experience of banking /
lending related solutions is an added advantage

Technical
Skills and Experience
1. Demonstrated SQL programming preferably Microsoft SQL Server
and reports creation skills are highly desirable.
2. Solid experience in creating views, functions and stored
procedures.
3. Ability to create optimizedSQLqueries
for integration with other applications.
4. Experience with SSRS reports
5. Good formal documentation skills
6. Demonstrated investigative and problem solving skills
