Requirements
Certificate/diploma in food production.

At least 3 years experience as a sous chef

Responsibilities

Assist executive chef in supervising kitchen activities to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

Lead kitchen staff by personally participating in the activities and exhibiting excellent culinary talent. handle all guests complains.

Ensure food is prepared as per recipe cards and maintain portion control. ensure safe use of kitchen equipments.

Develop work schedules/plans and ensure they are followed.

: Diploma, Associate's degree

Required relevant work experience
: 3 years
