Store Supervisor(Isiolo)

Premier Cuisine Ltdis the biggest Coca-Cola distributor in Isiolo and we are looking to welcome a well experienced and highly motivated Store Supervisor to lead the team in our Isiolo warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive soda(Coca cola, Fanta, etc) supplies, store them in assigned locations and distribute them to our clients and partners accordingly
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing materials

• Supervise packing, loading and unloading of all materials

• Ensure availability of storage space and maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse at all times

• Ensure safety and security of materials

• Ensure that only authorized staff are allowed to enter the warehouse and receive supplies or materials

• Prepare periodic stock reports and assist in carrying out periodic inventory audits

• Immediately report losses, damages or discrepancies

• Oversee the receiving, storage and dispatching of supplies

• Ensure that all records including inventory lists and equipment are updated and easily available to the management

• Ensure that the periodic inventory reports are prepared as required internally by the management

• Assign duties, supervise casuals and incentive staffs

• Responsible for organization storage and warehouse of equipment and materials including proper use documents and monitoring and reporting stock level.

Education Level
Qualifications
Relevant Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with basic accounting knowledge

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Personal qualities
•Good team leader

Organized and a good planner with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Significant understanding of complex warehouse emergencies

Management skills

Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & Personal integrity
