NKPCU/HRM/19/2024Terms of Service:Permanent and PensionableBasic Salary: Kshs.47,714 (Minimum) – Kshs. 69,326 (maximum)Other remunerations:Based on prevailing Government guidelinesReporting to Senior Supply Chain Management AssistantDuties and ResponsibilitiesUndertaking market research, surveys and analysis;Implementing procurement plans and processing requisitions;Participating in sourcing, supplier evaluation, inviting offers, negotiations and contracting;Inspecting utilization and stock of supplies;Participating in drafting bid awards;Drafting tender advertisement notices; andVerifying payment documents for goods and services delivered to the Company by suppliers.RequirementsFor appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Proficiency in computer application skills; andFulfilled the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution.An Applicant with at least two (2) years' experience in similar position will have an added advantage
