Supply Chain Manager, Franchise At Summit Recruitment And Search

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and quality, and delivery timelines. Ensuring compliance and alignment to Brand guidelines. Where applicable source for approved equivalent products after seeking management/brand approval.
Aligning with Inventory manager on monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize excess inventory, and ensuring timely processing of purchase requests by Inventory.
Coordinate transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products. Negotiate Air/Sea freight in consideration to timely delivery.
Analyse supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
Use data analytics to forecast demand and manage supply chain risks.
Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance metrics for senior management (Operation and Financer Manager)

Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have proven experience of 5 + years in supply chain management or logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
