Support Staff (Catering)

Holder will report to the Principal.
Minimum Requirements:

Certificate in food & beverage.

Certificate of good conduct.

Medical Certificate from a Government Hospital.

Responsibilities

Ensuring efficient and proper organization and management of catering services;

Assist in menu planning;

Directing the daily activities of food preparation and cooking;

Ensuring proper apportioning of the daily provisions;

Evaluating food preparation and effecting changes to improve operations;

Laundry management;

Maintenance of furniture and linen;

Stock control and inventory;

Supervision of catering and housekeeping services in the kitchen, restaurant andthe hostels; and

Keeping proper records of sundry, linen stores inventory; and looking into thegeneral welfare of trainees.

Job Requirements
Required education
: Vocational school

Required relevant work experience
: 6 months

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
