As the Switchboard Assembly Supervisor, successful candidate will be responsible forOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the switchboard assembly sectionSupervising the assembly team,Ensuring quality control standards are met,Planning production schedulesProviding training to new employees.Interpreting electrical design drawingsPreparing material requisitions as per the Bill of materialQualificationsSupervisory Skills and Leadership abilitiesExperience in Quality Control and ensuring product standards are met.Proficiency in Production Planning and schedulingTraining and mentoring skills for new employeesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the electrical industry is a plus.Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
