Job Purpose
To ensure clean juice overflows from the clarifier and control lime and flocculent dosage to the clarifier
Key Task and Responsibilities.
Knowledgeable in operations of syrup clarification system.
To ensure clean juice overflows from the clarifier.
Falling film evaporator operations.
Syrup clarification.
Professional Qualification /Skills.
Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Computer literate.
Familiar with falling film evaporator operations.
Fluent in CDS operations.
Good communication and adaptabilities skills, sugar clarification experience.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years.
