Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV).
Collaborate with third party service providers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform system upgrades, and apply patches.
User Support. Receive requests from users, analyze the requests and propose / develop a solution.
System Support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central installations.
Provide end-user training on system functionalities, best practices, and procedures to ensure smooth usage.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ERP systems and business processes.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business Central and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Be the champion for all Sacco software projects.
Perform any other function assigned by the line manager.

Skills Required
Minimum of 2 years proven experience with Implementing / Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in multiple projects.
Procient in conguring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules in Non-Government Organizations.
Familiarity with integration tools and techniques to connect Dynamics 365 Business Central with other applications.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex business processes.
Knowledge in BI development and implementation, Visual Studio, C#, .NET SQL Server.
Knowledge of coding in both C/AL and AL
Understanding of version control concepts.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues related to BC code.
Ability to work within a team or as an individual.
Ability to provide rst-level support
Organized with eective personal time management.
Logical and analytical thinking.
Good communication skills – verbal and written.

Qualications Desired
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science/ICT or related degree from a recognized university with two years' experience.
Relevant certications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are advantageous.
Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM will an added advantage
Experience in Web Development and Customizations.
Strong analytical, presentation & problem-solving skills with the ability to present technical ideas in a layman's language.
Working knowledge of databases (SQL server)
Good knowledge of client Operating Systems e.g. Windows
Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and upgrading software and hardware systems such as computers, printers, tablets, servers, portable devices, and other peripheral devices.
Ability to write, communicate, and prepare reports clearly in English
