The role of system implementer will revolve around training and installation of applications as well as offering continuous support to clients.

Software Technologies Limited (STL), an award winning software and cloud based solutions provider in Africa and the Middle East is seeking to hire a highly qualified System Implementer to join our team.
Salary: Ksh.50 - 60K
Expected joining date: 3/05/2021

Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Excellent presentation skills
• Customer service skills
• Basic ICT Skills/ proficiency in computer applications and use of mobile devices
• Knowledge in corporate governance will be an added advantage
• Any business related degree
• Company secretarial qualification will be an added advantage

Reporting
Will report to the Head of SaaS.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Implement eHorizon solutions at client sites
• Train end users on eHorizon applications
• Troubleshoot any application errors that the client faces
• Responding quickly to clients inquiries
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the applications
• Writing manuals on any system upgrades and manuals
• Product testing
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients
