Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plan.
Meet individual weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
Understand the market landscape and identify growth opportunities and new customer prospects.
Build relationships for new accounts.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Offer after-sales support services.
Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts to solve client problems.
Act as a key market intelligence resource and report on relevant developments in the market.
Attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Provide monthly/regular sales report.

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Renewable (Solar) Energy from a recognized college.
EPRA T3 certification will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years' experience selling solar power solutions.
Experience in MS Office.
Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
