MINIMUM FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Agriculture, Science & Technology or its equivalent or Business or sales and Marketing.
Relevant post graduate qualifications beneficial.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
o At least 3 years of experience in sales environment.
o Basic Motorbike riding skills/ Driving skills

o Knowledge of product area and related markets essential (including pricing structures/changing markets and technological changes).
o Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
o Proven sales track record.
o Experience in customer technical support is a plus

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Role.
Implement the approved marketing strategy that supports delivery of annual sales for public health products focusing on corporate and institutional markets and others.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR HEALTH PRODUCTS.
o Analyze gaps and share with BDM in the market and plan accordingly and create new markets (Accounts) for the public health products
o Plan and manage work time to maximize contact with existing and potential customers by developing new customer & business opportunities.
o Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation and closing sales.
o Post sales orders daily to ensure tracking.
CUSTOMER BASE & SERVICES
o Prepare a database of all corporate and institutions/ companies/ CUSTOMERS in the region assigned, which are potential buyers of public health products.
o Send out Information kit to prospective customers giving information about company service offerings
o Generate Business from market, identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
o Co-ordinate with customer service department to offer a range of technical services, essential use instructions and training.
o Specifically, assist customers to use specialized public health products in correct and effective manner, in avoiding pest resistance development.
o Co-ordinate with customer service department process customer complaints, causing factor investigation and analysis, and look for reasonable and effective solutions in satisfying customer requests.
o Also look for scientific solutions and suggestions to pest resistance development in avoiding potential efficacy complaints.
o Work out the appropriate payment term and money collection timeframe and strategy of each key customer.
o Work out effective and appropriate solutions for customer services.
o Marketing communication, campaigns/ plans (advertising & promotional budget)
Marketing budget development and utilisation.
New product launch and testing and business development.
Product visibility displays and awareness.
Carry out a Competitor analysis
Compliance with legislation
o Assist and advise BDM with compliance action plans.
o Forge relationships with appropriate Legislative bodies
o Identify potential opportunities to influence legislation for Green life interests and benefit.
o Identify changes in legislation that may affect the business.
Implement the company pricing structures to optimize category financials.
Advise BDM on changes in industry dynamics that may impact on pricing structure.
Develop and submit and share actual information and timely reports on weekly, monthly and annual marketing activities, product performance and insights based on marketing activities
