JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain constant touch with clients through telephone calls and email
2. Contacting existing and lost clients for orders
3. Follow up customers for payments
4. Managing customer leads
5. Handling walk in clients
6. Respond to general customer’s inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and to resolve issues to their satisfaction
7. Provide customers with products and price information
8. Sending new price list to the customers when prices change
9. Order taking and recording on orders on order sheet received by email, sms or calls. Calling clients to confirm their orders
10. Communicate orders received for immediate processing
11. Ensuring clients who do not have credit facilities pay deposit before processing the order
12. Hand over all orders to design department after second checking/confirmation. For new artworks, follow up with design team to prepare within lead time
13. Generate production plan for printing
14. Verification with customers for receipt of goods using online google spreadsheet for all customers
15. Enter new customer information into the system
16. Prepare daily and monthly customer service report to the supervisor
17. Assist sales team in boosting sales and performance
18. Participate in sales exhibitions

EXPERIENCE
1. Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing
2. Proficient in computer applications and call center systems
3. Proven track record in sales
4. Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
5. Team player with a positive attitude, proactive and attention to detail
6. At least 2 years’ experience in customer service/sales

5. Problem solving skills
