Job Description

Love INC is an organization working towards its vision of seeing Christian churches united in purpose and fully engaged in actively living out their faith by lovingly serving people in need in their communities. In the last two years, the organisation has grown from 5 to 7 zones and hopes to grow to double in the next three years. This growth has necessitated the establishment of the role of a Training and Administration Coordinator.

Established at the National Office, the role combines office management with the Planning, implementing, coordinating, evaluating and documenting all training activities in Love INC. It ensures the smooth and effective roll-out of training events and special projects throughout Love INC. Manage the office operations, provide support to the National Director and keep day-to-day operations working smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the National Director, the Training and Administration Coordinator is responsible for;
Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing interactive training programs and budgets.
Managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs
Marketing available training opportunities to the zones and providing necessary information
Communicating with the National Director and the Zonal Coordinators to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
Selecting appropriate training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning.
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials. Research and recommend new training methods
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on all the people trained and Key Performance Indicators
Support and maintain appropriate and effective office management systems to ensure smooth flow of information
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and the development, implementation and maintenance of office practices and procedures
Maintain record-keeping systems for recording and monitoring service processes and provide regular summary reports to the National Director to ensure that relevant updates and reviews take place in a timely fashion

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resource or related field
Commitment to Biblical Christian principles and teachings
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Significant work experience as a trainer, training facilitator, or organizing multiple training events, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong working knowledge of instructional design theory as well as proof of successful implementation
Knowledge and experience in facilitation skills and Strong knowledge of learning management systems
Proven track record, showing the ability to successfully complete the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to produce accurate summaries of meetings, events and conversations
Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work
Accuracy, ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines; Flexible and proactive approach
Exceptionally knowledgeable, approachable, and confident in front of all groups of people
Excellent interpersonal, communication and good personal organisation skills. Able to work independently and with internal and external stakeholders
