Qualifications and EvaluationsRequirements:
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of experience driving heavy transport trucks and/or water trucks required and must have a valid Kenyan driver’s license Class B, C, E.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Job holder must have good knowledge of Kenyan traffic laws and be familiar with traffic patterns in and around Nairobi.

Job holder must be knowledgeable on vehicles operations and maintenance procedures, and

Job holder must have knowledge of radio operational procedures for responding to vehicles emergencies.

Responsibilities

Position operates a variety motor vehicle including large bowser trucks in the transport and delivery of water/diesel fuel and large freight hauling trucks for supplies. Incumbent assists Trades helpers/Warehousemen if assigned, in the filling of water/fuel tanks, or loading/unloading cargo. Incumbent works under the direct supervision and guidance of the FSN-08 Maintenance Supervisor.
