Reporting
This position will be reporting toGrowth Lead-VAS Operations
Responsibilities
Lead the financial direction of VAS to meet revenue targets
Show a clear path to profitability for all KoboCare VAS product lines
Build networks, channels, and relationships to meet revenue targets
Lead and Structure Asset financing across the platform
Ensure systems, processes and operations are fully aligned with vision and revenue
Ensure tires and Spare parts adoption
Lead the financial direction of VAS to meet revenue targets
Show a clear path to profitability for all KoboCare VAS product lines
Build networks, channels, and relationships to meet revenue targets
Generate tyres and spare parts.
Scale diesel, tires, and spare parts business
Scale asset financing and generate sales
Unlocking financing with banks and other financial institutions to scale KoboCARE
Design GTM strategy for various product launched in each region
MOM revenue growth plans and execution
Develop strategic initiatives and policies to drive overall organizational goals.
Strategic marketing of multinational and local companies
Management and strategic reporting.
Preparation of the team’s budget and periodic financial performance report.
Key interface and lead for banking engagements
Financial statement analysis and budgeting
Delivering presentations to clients on new projects and proposals.
Who we are looking for
MBA or Post graduation in Management or preferably in Logistics.
Minimum 5-7 years of industry experience with the Logistics industry.
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the
ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment

People management experience with ability to develop organizational talent
