What You'll Do
Lead the planning and promotion of our volunteer trips and Kilimanjaro fundraising climbs
Build long-lasting relationships with donors and supporters
Organise and run fundraising events—including our annual golf day and Oxford Half Marathon team
Grow our digital and social media presence
Create and manage school, youth, and university partnerships, including the Turing Scheme
Support income generation and promotion of our Global Storybook Project
Deliver engaging content and educational sessions for young people
What We're Looking For
A confident communicator and relationship-builder
Strong event planning and organisational skills with a focus on fundraising
Experience using social media and digital tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Passion for community development and international impact
