You'll set our technical vision, drive architecture, and lead by example—contributing directly in Golang and Python when needed while leading and shaping a highperforming team that builds robust, real-time AI systems.Responsibilities:? Technical Strategy & Execution:? Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture for scalable, fault-tolerant systems.? Ensure best practices in CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, and overall software quality.? Team Leadership & Mentorship:? Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.? Foster a culture of action, accountability, and continuous improvement.? Hands-On Development:? Code in Golang and Python as needed to directly contribute to critical projects.?
