Duties and Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome guests and escort them to their tables and provide menus.
Explain any specials or promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware. Ensure tables are clean and well-presented. Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals. Address any questions or concerns from guests promptly and professionally.
Present bills, process payments, and provide accurate change. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods securely.
Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure efficient service. Assist colleagues during busy periods or whenever
Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Recommend daily specials, additional courses, and beverages to enhance the guest experience. Promote special events or offers happening within the hotel.

Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in food and beverage management or any other equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 years' experience on a similar role in a 3-5 star hotel
Knowledge of Micros, Hospitality Oracle Suite 8
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to take accurate orders and deliver them correctly.
Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
