Job Description
Update of inventory control systems and planning future capacity requirements
Responsible for the correctness of data entered in the systems at the warehouse
Oversee dispatch, returns, receipts and periodic stock count processes
Coordinating timely submission of bills, delivery notes and credit notes between the Warehouse, Finance and Procurement departments
Review of orders reviews to minimized overstocking at the Medical centres
Ensuring timely and correct are reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ensure applying department SOPs through ensuring that all products at its places with the agreed standards for effective results.
Manage and organize and ensure timely delivery of orders to Medical centres
Review and analyse warehouse stock to ensure there is no overstock and stock-outs at the Warehouse
Review of delivery from suppliers and timely communication to MC`s on any unavailable items.
Manage and follow up on inventory life to remove all products that are near to be expired both in the Warehouse and at the Medical centres
Conduct and follow up stock take process to ensure system balance is equal to the physical one.

Review and analyse frequent reports regarding rounds, transfers, stock modifications, cycle count, headcount, damage…etc to ensure following department KPIs and achieving department objectives.
Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
Established warehouse supervisory expertise, minimum three (3) years in a startup environment.
Ability to set up systems
Highly efficient team supervisor
Understanding of the application of warehouse software and Microsoft Office proficiency
Knowledge of conventional stock management and warehousing fundamentals
Ability to retrieve, analyse, and use data
Hands-on dedication to staff training and championing new ideas
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven experience in coordinating and directing operations

Package
Starting base salary is dependent on experience and qualifications
