We are looking for a well-rounded, full-stack web developer to join our growing team! This position is a department-head position and will be responsible for developing high-functioning, beautiful, clean websites for our clients as well as training and growing a team of developers.

We are looking for someone that is ready to hit the ground running and take on client projects immediately with no training needed. We are a young company that is growing quickly! This means that we are building processes as we go, and we need a person in this role who can help us to build this department out into both a profit-generating department, but also one that continues to provide our clients with excellent products and service! Strong communication, project management, and team-building skills are a MUST!!
Responsibilities;
• Designing and developing front-end and back-end web architecture.
• Developing servers and databases.
• Developing and supporting projects from conception to implementation.
• Working with Graphic Designers and Web Developers.
• Creating user interactions on web pages.
• Developing APIs.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments.
• Meet with clients or management to discuss the needs, design, and functionality of a website or interface
• Create and test applications, interfaces, and navigation menus for a website
• Write code for the website, using programming languages such as HTML or XML
• Work with other team members to determine what information the site will contain
• Work with graphics and other designers to determine the website's layout
• Integrate graphics, audio, and video into the website
• Monitor website traffic
• Create prototypes and mockups of websites or applications
• Design and develop graphics
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience managing projects in a creative setting
• Experience in communicating with clients in various ways
• Knowledge about the development and design of online sites
• Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven working experience in web programming
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
