Role Purpose
The Workshop Supervisor will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring all company vehicles and machinery are maintained for optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor workshop mechanics and support staff.
Ensure 85%+ equipment uptime across all trucks and machinery.
Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Plan and execute daily and weekly maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
Coordinate spare parts procurement and inventory with the logistics and procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with NTSA and safety standards.
Promote good housekeeping and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma/Vocational Training in Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Senior Mechanic.
Valid driving license (able to drive up to 10-wheelers).
Strong knowledge of truck systems, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Experience with root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
