Job Summary

A Real Estate Property Managing Company is looking for a competent staff for its Ongata Rongai Branch in the following fields:-Zonal Property Manager.

Minimum Qualification: Highschool

Experience Level: Senior level

Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

Duties
• Rent Collection
• Managing utility bills
• Supervision of caretakers and security guards
• Property well being
• Handling landlord/tenant issues & any other relevant duties as directed

Qualifications:-
• KCSE education and above
• Basic Training in Management, Building Maintenance, Sale or Accounting

Experience:-
• Previous experience in the related field will be an advantage
