Accountant

Rama Homes Limited is a fully registered dynamic real estate company actively involved in the identification and development of property. We conduct feasibility analysis to determine the viability of each specific project and negotiate the acquisition of profitable projects on behalf of our clients/partners. We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.Responsibilities: Manage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements in timeHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closingsReconcile accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely bank paymentsCompute taxes and prepare tax returns (VAT, withholding etc)Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statementsReport on the company’s financial health and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryComply with financial policies and regulations Qualifications Work experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesHands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooksAdvanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesCPA finalistMust have worked in a construction companyShould at least have experience in procurement
