Ace Supervisor

Teach the ACE course curriculum as outlined in the designated Information Sheet for a given level or course
Develop lesson plans that are consistent with the curriculum, ensuring their availability for the reference of other teachers
Supervise end of term tests and ensure that test results are recorded on the class register in a timely manner
Enter test results into the ACE database, and provide students with results slips and provide and grade appropriate assessment tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records, in a designated folder; submitting these records at the end of term or on request.
Expediting daily learning center routine in answering academic questions, quizzing students over self-test, supervising projects and essays.
Supervising media station
Supervising co-curricular activities that is filed trips, films, book reports, oral reports, art, music, privileges and conventions.
Maintaining a PACE inventory system.
Being an effective public relations person on phone, email and personal encounters.
Inspiring achievement with close individualized attention to the students to diagnose the learning gaps and prescribe remedies.
Carry out discipline. Biblical admonition.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Supervise the learning Center (LC)
Planning and schedule school calendar year.
Conducting Student Orientation.
Scheduling the learning center student activities.
Promoting the learning center.
Supervising the learning center supplies and facilities
Conducting Parent/guardian conferences.
Maintain student cumulative records.
Ordering curriculum and maintaining curriculum inventory with the administrative assistant.
REQUIREMENTS.
• Bachelor of Education
• TSC registered.
• Experience in Accelerated Christian Education high school; or
• Experience in teaching the specific subject in IGCSE and A level.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written (English) communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Student-centered and nurturing personality.
• Commitment to collaborative planning.
• Proficiency in educational technology.
