The Offer Opportunities for career growth & development Flexible working options Opportunity to make a positive impact The Job You will be responsible for : Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Support the coordination of meetings, consultations and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including membership lists, projects lists etc. Support the development and implementation of communication strategies, including social media, website updates, and newsletters. File annual returns and update society changes (e.g., change of office bearers) at the Registrar of Societies. Main the SEP library database and assets register, ensuring accurate records of borrowed and returned items. Clean and maintain the office space regularly. Provide general support to staff as needed. The Profile Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Employer Our client is an organization of therapists and special needs teachers who work in a multidisciplinary team, applying a transdisciplinary approach.
