Animation & Motion Graphics Trainer Consultancy At Finn Church Aid (Fca)

Objectives of the AssignmentCollaborate with the project team to organize networking events, guest speaker sessions, and industry panels to connect participants with professionals in the creative industries.Facilitate mentorship opportunities and encourage participants to engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to facilitate job placements and market linkages for participants.Provide individualized support and resources to address learning gaps and ensure that participants are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the digital industry.Skills and qualifications requiredA diploma/bachelor's degree or in a related field, including animation, graphic design, or film.At least 5 years' experience in both 2D and 3D animation & motion graphics.Proven experience in delivering training programs, preferably in the digital sector.Strong understanding of relevant digital technologies and emerging trends in the industry.Previous experience of delivering Training Programmes through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Virtual Learning platforms.Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of participants.Demonstrated ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of different learning styles.Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.Familiarity and knowledge of global/regional and local (Kenya) job market dynamics in addition to industry connections in Nairobi is desirable
