Job Introduction We are hiring an Area Manager to help drive William Grant & Sons' next phase of growth in this dynamic, fast-growing region for premium and luxury spirits. Based in Nairobi, Kenya the role will manage our relationships and performance with long-established distributor partners in the attractive markets East Africa. Main Responsibility Responsible for the sustainable growth of the William Grant & Sons portfolio across assigned markets (Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, Uganda, La Reunion, Mauritius and Seychelles), including delivery of the annual P&L targets. Implements best practice distributor management tools to embed a strong culture of planning and execution of performance and activation of brand priorities. Uses Route to Consumer approach to identify and unlock next generation growth opportunities for the portfolio. Leverages full cross-functional resources within William Grant & Sons to build long-term win/win relationship with distributors.
