Key Purpose StatementTo provide support to the finance function in ensuring proper capture of financial data to facilitate uninterrupted business processes in the operation and create a base for financial reports with integrity.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssisting in customer account reconciliations and allocation of paymentsTo check the arithmetic accuracy and Matching of invoices and creditTo attend with satisfaction to all customer queries and complaintsPrinting and scanning of documentsFiling of DocumentsSharing of Credit notes on need basisSkills, Experience & EducationQualificationMinimum requirement: •Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similarCertified Public Accountant (CPA) IVExperience2 years' experience.ERP experience will be an added advantageHands on experience in manufacturing environment and ReceivablesExperience in FMCG or busy commercial environment
