Our flagship product, M-Shirika, enables owners and managers of businesses and organisations to know how well their employees and volunteers serve their customers and members when they call especially during this season of COVID 19 as they embrace telecommuting.
We target to create 10,000 Jobs and pay out KES 4 Billion per year in Commissions locally as part of Our Mission to create 1 Million+ Jobs globally.
Simply refer Clients to our Services and get paid 10% Commission monthly for 5 years. The Top 6 go-getters shall be promoted to become Board Members. Work at your own time and location.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to deliver Excellent Pitches and Presentations.
Proven Self Drive and Go Getter.
Leadership Track Record is an Added Advantage.
Marketing, Media, Finance, Technology, Education or other applicable background.
Member in an Educational, Professional or Religious Institution.
High levels of Integrity, Punctuality and Professionalism.
Versatility for redeployment in other Positions as need arise.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Associates shall be paid 10% Commission per month for 5 years for Clients referred to us directly.
The Top 6 Associates by Number or Value of Client referrals shall be eligible for Board Membership.
Salaried Staff shall be paid based on QMPF.
