Qualifications:
Minimum O' Level Education. Those with relevant Diploma or Degree qualifications will be desired.
Must have good hands-on knowledge and skills in sales & marketing activities.
Must also be ready to travel widely both in Kenya & other East African countries.
Experience:
At least 5 years' experience in managing a wide variety of perfumes and cosmetic brands.
Responsibilities:
Beauty Country Manager Consultant will be incharge of the company business in Kenya and with regular business visits to other east African region countries. He/she will perform the following duties:-
Develop & implement the marketing plans for various company brands including launch plans & launch calendar, promotional plans by retailers & offer public relations and training plans.
Be able to control, monitor and analyze the market share, pricing, distribution, and competitors.
Coordinate marketing activities for all the brands.
Help with the merchandising of all the brands in all retailer outlets.
Be incharge of in-store activities including merchandising staff training, advising on storage space and layout according to the brands guidelines, arrange displays and promotion materials.
Be incharge of distribution co-ordination from the warehouse to the retailer outlets. Implement company manifesto and business strategies.
Expected salary:
Kshs. 70,000 - 90,000 plus generous company benefits
