A medium size Deposit Taking Sacco based in Nairobi, with countrywide membership invites applications from qualified and competent professional with excellent credentials for the following positions.
Qualifications and skills:
Diploma course. A bias in Marketing is preferred
At least 2 years’ marketing experience in a financial institution
Relevant professional certification
IT fluency
Mature, self-driven and result oriented individual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to led a team of sales representatives
Good interpersonal skills, and teamwork
Strong analytical skills, attention to details and good with numbers
Responsibilities
Formulation of marketing plans in line with the growth objectives of the Society
Identify and develop new markets and management of new business/members.
Member management and Education across the country
Promote recruitment of new members
Coordination of all marketing programs
Carrying out member survey on products and services needed by members
Advertisements, Publicity
Preparation of monthly reports to the Education & Marketing Committee
Developing Business Development proposals to target entities.
Implementing the business development strategic plans.
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience
: 2 years
