Details of the offer

The Catering Manager will be responsible to the Head of Department, Administration for provision of quality catering services in the Hospital
Qualification and Experience

Master’s degree in either Hotel and catering Management/Hotel and Hospitality Management or Hospitality and Tourism Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

Bachelor’s degree in either Hotel and catering Management/Hotel and Hospitality Management or Hospitality and Tourism Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

Management Course lasting not less than four(4) weeks from a recognized institution.

Must have a certificate in computer application

Responsibilities

Overall coordination of hospitality services.

Formulating, Monitoring and reviewing Hospitality policies and procedures.

Ensuring adherence by all staff to safety and environmental policies and statutory requirements.

Development of human resources management through the department training needs assessment.

Ensuring continuous Staff appraisals.

Planning and budgeting.

Ensure staff discipline and commendation

Job Requirements
Required education
: Post-graduate education

Required relevant work experience
: 5 years

Required languages:
English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
