Our client is a leading hospital in Mombasa. They seek to hire a Chef to prepare and cook meals with optimal nutritional care for patients and employees.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with kitchen management on menu items.
Prepare menu items as ordered.
Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served.
Maintain a clean kitchen at all times.
Work in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications
Diploma in Culinary Arts.
Valid Medical Certificate.
3 years’ work experience in a busy kitchen environment.
Ability to multitask.
Understanding of different culinary profiles and techniques.
Capable of following instructions without variation.
Capability to work safely, efficiently and neatly.
