Chief Executive Officer

Requirements:university degree preferably in engineering, marketing, business management. Masters degree is an added advantage. Must have exceptional dynamic leadership and strategic thinking skills. Must be able to perform under pressure.
Experience:
at least 10 years relevant working experience, 7 of which must be at senior management level in a busy manufacturing or trading company. Experience in managing an engineering company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Have ability to plan and design long term plans and programs for the company.

Excellent track record of demonstrated management and integrity.

Reporting to the board of directors, chief executive officer will perform the following duties: - manage day to day operations of the company business.

Reviewing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures in production and quality, finance, marketing, regulatory and general management

. Guiding management and advising the board on general company strategies and performance.

Providing leadership and ensure company achieves set objectives. Other emerging corporate management issues.
