Company DescriptionJob DescriptionDevelop and implement strategic revenue plans to optimize the hotel's financial performance.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify revenue-generating opportunities.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overarching business goals.Implement weekly Revenue Meetings to discuss sales strategies with Sales and GMMonitor and adjust pricing and inventory based on demand and market conditions.Utilize data-driven insights to forecast monthly revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) to meet or exceed budgeted goals.Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and take proactive measures to enhance profitability.Effective communication on the hotel level and with the Regional Director of RevenueProviding revenue management functional expertise to property general managers, leadership teams and market sales leadersEnsuring that hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiativesAnalyzing month end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goalsSubmitting reports in a timely manner, ensuing delivery deadlinesImplement an upselling programEnsure effectiveness and performance for the reservation departmentUpdate and maintenance of GDS, TARS, Hotel Distribution and all reservation channelsEnsure accurate data capture in all systems and perform regular system auditQualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience in Revenue Management at a Hotel is preferableStrong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunitiesMulti-property management is a plusExcellent leadership, motivation, and communication skills.Strong computer skills and number orientedWritten and spoken professional business English languageGood presentation skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and prior experience with revenue systems are requiredDemonstrate the ability to forecast sales and trends in the marketAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and good analytical approach to problem-solvingProven ability to build and maintain good relationshipsCommunicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with assertive skillsAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
