Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
look over script and discuss production ideas with producer and senior production employee.
Hire production crew,including actors.
Develop production budget and schedules.
Meet regulatory with different production department heads,including consumes,set design and lighting to ensure they are meeting the production budget and schedule
Informs producers of production progress
overseeing the Production Process.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

QUALIFICATION
Deep knowledge of production management
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
He/She should be a team player.
Outstanding communication ability
Excellent organizational and leaderships skill.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
