We are one of the largest tyres and automotive parts distributor/supplier/retailer based in Kenya. Our major brand is Maxxis Tyres. We are looking for you to join us in increasing our customer base, improve customer experience and bring more customers on board.
Job Responsibilities
We’re looking at expanding our customer service team who will be serving customers face to face, who can help us in increasing our customer base, meet the customer’s needs, serve customers online and offline by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

Handling all
sales function in a professional manner for the customer
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying
the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or
adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve
satisfaction
Recommend potential products or services to
management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepare product or service reports by collecting
and analyzing customer information
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed
Generate sales leads
Build sustainable relationships of trust through
open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information
by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/team sales targets
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process
customer accounts and file documents
Communicate
effectively with the customers regarding any relevant procedures and policies
which might be beneficial to them.
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Use telephones to reach out to customers and
verify account information
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or
exchanges
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Provide quick
and efficient service to obtain maximum sales
Cross-sell
other products and/or introduce customers to other products
Must
treat all the customers with respect and courtesy.

Have product
knowledge so that you are able to serve the customer better

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service
Customer service skills
Sales skills
Diploma in Business-related field will be an added advantage
Knowledge and experience of CRM software will be an added advantage
Must be self-driven
Good communication skills
