We are seeking a brilliant creative graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media.

We are a leading digital media agency based in Nairobi with a strong bias for performance marketing. We are seeking a brilliant creative graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities
? Study design briefs and determine requirements
? Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
? Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
? Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software
? Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
? Work with copywriters to produce the final design
? Test graphics across various media
? Amend designs after feedback
? Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements
? Proven graphic designing experience
? A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
? Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator,Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
? A keen eye for aesthetics and details
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
? Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
? Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Experience: Minimum 2years.
Role: Mid Level
Salary Range: 60k- 70k
