We're looking for a Creative Strategist to work with our clients on the production and realisation of original concepts and innovative creative mechanics for their paid media campaigns. Your missions will encompass the following:Conceptualising and designing high-impact static, video and UGC creatives to help our customers gain competitive edgeOwning the project management of our entire ad creation process to help our team stay on track with creative research, delivery and testingAuditing the brand and products of our customers to deeply understand their industry and define the most effective communication angles they should adopt to resonate close to their end customersConducting competitive research to identify our customers environment and draft creative best practices for a given industry and marketWorking closely with our Paid Media Managers to build content that optimally fits marketing channels and share performance insightsBeing the connecting link between data and creatives to understand the performance of your work through an iterative A/B testing approachBeing on the constant lookout for new formats, hooks, scripts, and angles, ensuring our content is always one step aheadParticipation in tech events and customer trainings to grow your skills and represent Welcome TomorrowQualificationsYou have:3+ years of experience in a creative agency or freelance workMastery of Figma and PhotoshopExperience designing creatives for ad campaigns (ex: Meta, Google Ads)A portfolio of work showcasing your design & animation mindset and skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship skills to maintain customer relationshipsA permanent curiosity, sense of observation and repartee, a strong feel for advertisingUnderstanding of performance-based marketing strategiesFamiliarity with new and traditional brand channels and media
